NEW MERCIES

I’m coming into a season that is full of new things!  The Lord placed on my heart that I will be doing things I haven’t done before.  And In the middle of the excitement as he uncovers layer and layer of new, I have moments where I can totally freeze because of this new! 

Not only is doing something new exciting it can be terrifying.  Or maybe I’m the only one What makes me persevere is leaning into the purpose God has for me and the trust in knowing he is there. 

Recently he reminded me that this new is not just in the physical, it’s eternal!  Every day we have the opportunity to walk victorious in newness because of what Jesus did for us. 

“The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.” Lamentations 3:22-23

What a verse!
