Shipping Policy
Hey there! Just a quick reminder to double-check your shipping address before you complete your purchase, as we won’t be able to change it once it’s in the system. If an order doesn’t make it due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we’re afraid we can’t issue a refund or replacement.
We do our best to ship items within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Keep in mind that since all items are made to order, production times may take a bit longer during busy holiday seasons. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out!
Once your package is on its way, we won’t have control over it, but if you’d like a shipping upgrade for faster delivery, just let us know before you purchase, and we can set up a separate listing to cover the extra costs. Please note that shipping upgrades speed up delivery but don’t affect the production time. Thanks for understanding!
Return & Exchange Policy

For damaged or misprinted items: If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, please provide photographs of the issue, and we’ll be happy to offer a refund or replacement.
Refunds and Exchanges Details: Refunds and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis, typically for genuine issues. If you're dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us first, and we'll do our best to resolve the problem. Since most of our items are made to order, we can’t issue refunds simply due to a change of mind. We appreciate your understanding!
